We understand that shopping online can sometimes be difficult. To ensure you’re always happy with your purchases, we accept exchanges or exchange for store credit with the following terms and conditions:
If your purchase is not what you expected: You can notify us by email or phone
within the first 5 days of receiving your item with an explanation as to why
you wish to exchange the goods. The item must then be returned with
original tags and packaging to our store within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Postage will be at the expense of the customer.
If the sizing is incorrect, you may exchange for a correct size or store credit
by notifying us via email within 5 days of receiving your goods. The customer
is responsible for return postage costs.
If you receive your parcel in a damaged condition, the product may be returned.
In this instance, you may opt to have the product replaced at no extra charge
or alternatively receive a full refund once goods have been returned -
excluding postage and handling. You will need to notify us via email within 5
days of receiving damaged goods in order to receive an exchange or refund.
Faulty/Damaged Items: We try to check all items prior to dispatch, but
should an item arrive faulty or damaged, please let us know immediately (within
24 hours of receipt), and we will work out the best way to rectify it. Please
send a photograph of the damage as soon as possible. Occasionally we do get it
wrong - we're only human! If we've sent you the wrong item please let us know
